Allow me to introduce myself. I am someone who has developed a deep passion for three distinct yet interconnected fields: Computers, Insurance, and Real Estate. These areas of interest have captivated my attention and driven my personal and professional pursuits, shaping my unique journey.

From an early age, the world of technology entranced me. The ceaseless evolution of computers and their incredible potential for problem-solving and innovation have made this a lifelong fascination. The ability to leverage technology to solve problems, create innovative solutions, and improve efficiency has been a driving force. I find immense joy in exploring the intricacies of computer systems and web development. I spent years honing my skills as an insurance adjuster and am now licensed as a Producer for all lines of insurance. I noticed that diminished value automobile claims were underrepresented and took it upon myself to address this gap. What resulted was Diminished Value Method, LLC, a business that successfully merged my understanding of insurance claims with my skills in real estate valuation. The venture was so successful that I decided the Louisiana market was too small, and after moving into Alabama and Mississippi, ultimately created How Much Diminished Value, LLC to focus on providing appraisals nationwide.

My lifelong affinity for real estate was instilled in me from an early age, thanks to my father’s influence. He involved me in various renovation projects and even established a development company in Atlanta where we built numerous homes. This hands-on exposure guided my educational path, culminating in a bachelor’s degree in real estate. Today, I channel this ingrained passion into Able Property Management, LLC, a venture where I engage in house flipping, manage long-term property investments, and have launched a dedicated real estate training website.

By combining my passions for computers, insurance, and real estate, I strive to find innovative ways to leverage technology to enhance the insurance and real estate industries. Whatever the endeavor, I am constantly seeking avenues to bring these fields together for mutual benefit.

My ultimate goal is to contribute to the growth and transformation of these industries, leveraging my knowledge, skills, and passion to make a meaningful impact. I am eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations who share my enthusiasm for these fields, as I believe that together, we can drive positive change and shape the future of computers, insurance, and real estate.
